Siemens PCS7®

Seit vielen Jahren zählt unsere Muttergesellschaft AGU und auch wir zu den ausgewählten Partnern der Siemens AG für die Prozessleit- und Automatisierungssysteme. Seit dem Start des PCS®7-Partnerprogramms im Jahr 2005 durch das Siemens Stammhaus in Karlsruhe sind wir zusätzlich aufgrund des umfangreichen Know-Hows mit dem PCS7®-Leitsystem in den Spezialistenkreis aufgenommen worden. Seit 2006 sind wir zusätzlich Industriepartner des Kompetenzcenters Pharma in Karlsruhe.

More and more customers are deciding to migrate from Teleperm M to Simatic PCS7®.

Due to the cancellation of the old systems by the control system manufacturer Siemens, the operators of production plants are required to replace their control systems with modern, future-oriented and economically effective automation systems.

However, the success of a migration depends not only on an optimised technical solution that is tailored to the customer's needs, but also on its high-quality implementation.

Durch unsere langjährige Erfahrung mit den Prozessleitsystemen Teleperm M

und Simatic PCS7® sind wir in der Lage Migrationsprojekte zu realisieren, die den hohen Ansprüchen unserer Kunden im vollen Umfang gerecht werden. Auf unseren eigenen Testsystemen (Teleperm M und PCS7®) können wir ihre Applikation laden und testen.

ABB - 800xA and Freelance

Seit 2008 arbeitet Sedna Automation mit ABB Systemen. Wir arbeiten mit dem Leitsystem 800xA mit unterlagertem M-Controller und F-Controller.

Ebenso setzen wir das ABB-Freelance-System ein.

Emerson – DeltaV

Als Spezialist des Leitsystems DeltaV der Firma Emerson arbeiten AGU und Sedna Automation seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich in der chemischen Industrie. Unser Know-how liegt in der Lösungsstrategie und dem Wissen um ein effektives Engineering mit dem System.

Sicherheitssteuerungen SSPS

Unser kompetentes Team zeichnet sich durch seine Erfahrung im Thema Sicherheit und die Umsetzung in Sicherheitssteuerungen aus. Die Programmierung für Sicherheitssteuerungen erfolgt durch zertifizierte Programmierer. Wir setzen Standards der Herstellerfirmen ein, haben aber auch vom TÜV zertifizierte Sonderbausteine (z.B. Brennertechnik, Bypass-Funktionen) entwickelt. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) As part of building automation in the pharmaceutical industry, we carry out the basic and detailed engineering of the complete building and automation technology. We work closely with the system planning (process engineering) and installation trades or supply entire systems as a general contractor.
